Founded by Taral Flippen, owner of Resume Consulting Firm (RCFResume.com) , in February 2022, CONNECT Black Frederick was created to establish a community that aims to close the gap on the lack of diversity, support, and growth of black professionals, black business owners, and black entrepreneurial hopefuls in the Frederick County, Maryland area. With the growth of connections, we grow opportunities and strengthen our community.
